3-D Crystal Art is an easy and fun way to enhance and beautify any rubber stamped art printed image or photograph. Apply acid-free crystal lacquer to individual areas you wish to appear raised and allow to dry for 15 to 30 minutes to an ultra clear protective glossy finish. Additional layers can be applied to give project a greater 3-D effect. Acid-free and non-toxic. Includes 6 coordinating colors in .35mm fine tip applicator pens and a tip cleaning pin.

I use this to embellish greeting cards. It gives them a 3-D look. It drys quickly and self levels, multiple coats can be applied. I also use it with my polymer clay to give it a very shiny appearance. I just really like this stuff, and I am sure you will too once you try it. I have other brands, but this one is the easiest to use because of the little tubes that you can purchase that are pencil size.
