No kidding.....
As we approached the Great Pyramids of Giza my brand new Samsung L200 that had only been used to take a couple of trial photos DIED!!!
The retractable lens started buzzing as if it had been stripped and that was the end of that.
Thank goodness we had my wife's Sony digital SLR with us too.
I cannot recommend.

I am a hunting and fishing guide in Northeast
Adirondacks of New York. The L200 Samsung has
been in my back pack on many guide trips. Always
handy and trustworthy for my work and adventrues.
So far it has held up to the weather, rough cond.
and occasional trashing by black bears getting into
our gear bags. The picture quality is outstanding.
I trust my guide trip photo's to Samsung. This is
the best digital camera I have had in the past 5
years. Bang for the buck the L200 is the way to
go for anyone who wants performance and liability
to depend on for there work or play. Bob "Bear"

The camera just did not work. The lense opened on the first use and I was able to take 4 pictures. The second time the 'on' light came on but the camera would not function, the lense did not even open up the second time around. I had to remove the battery to get the light to go off. I was not even able to download the 4 pictures that I took. I was told that the circuit board might be bad. I have now to work with Samsung in getting it repaired since the warranty with Ritz ran out and I am unable to return it for a refund. Not at all a happy camper !!!

I found this camera to be useful and convenient to use at a youth football game. It's small and fits in my pocket' so I can carry it anywhere and photograph anything that I find interesting. I would recommend this camera to anyone.

I LOVE THIS CAMERA BECAUSE OF THE PRICE AND THE SIZE. PICTURE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY FOR SUCH A LOW PRICE. LOVE THE POCKET SIZE DESIGN AND I BASICALLY TAKE IT EVERYWHERE WITH ME. DEFINITELY A GOOD CAMERA FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CAMERA.

Features like the multi auto focus and shake reduction helps you get a good picture and its nice sleek size enables you to take it anywhere. The 10 megapixel resolution makes it a good camera for the money. Macro mode is available but it does not focus as near as you would want. overall, it is a good camera for the money!
