I purchased this one to go with the one I received for Christmas last year. I was thoroughly impressed when I put it together and every shelf could hold DVDs, with out having a whole lot of wasted space. All of the other DVD/CD racks had one shelf that either ended up way to big or too small to be useful, but not this one. The only draw back to the design of the "Canoe" style is that any DVDs placed on either end of a shelf are difficult to access, due to the beautiful pieces in the front. (I just put ones I don't watch a lot on the ends)
Assembly was easy all of the holes were well drilled and most of the tools were in the package.
